Let's Talk Weight Loss


So, this weight loss thing has been an ongoing issue of mine for about 4 years now. I'm on one month, and then the next month I'm off. So since I am FED UP with this on again, off again cycle. I have decided to keep me a little WEIGHT LOSS JOURNAL/DIARY. I am determined to lose this weight. My overall goal weight is 165 lbs. I will be using the Weight Watchers program and of course working out at least 3 times/week to help me achieve my goals. I will adjust my routine as needed. My plan is to update my weight loss page at least once a week (usually on my weigh in day) so that I can keep you all updated on how things are going and whatever else. Thank you all in advance for your support, I REALLY NEED it!!!! ;-)
